This is our first real customer outreach, done in May 2025. Brian is the owner. He persistently complains about people no longer being into the simple world of "just comics". He refers to geek culture and its well-developed market and event space. He is also disadvantaged in the location of his store in New Town, where he cannot advertise his business with signs, but is not on the main drag. As such, he gets no walking traffic. you have to be drawn to him. This latter part is key. This is a core problem.
